We hope you all had a good start after the summer break! We are offering a Call4Help session next Tuesday, so if you wish ad-hoc support on your bioimage analysis problem please see the information below.
In this newsletter we would like to highlight the AIDA Data Hub. The AIDA Data Hub is part of the Analytic Imaging Diagnostics Arena (AIDA), and of the SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Platform and BIIF. AIDA Data Hub offers Datasets, Data Sharing Policy, and Services for researchers in Swedish medical imaging AI. So far, AIDA Data Hub have helped share 5.22TB AI training data in medical imaging in 27322 scans with 39093 annotations. It also leads BIGPICTURE infrastructure development – which is a central repository of digital pathology slides.

We are offering a Call4Help session next Tuesday, September 7th, 9:00 – 11:00. The aim is to offer combined expertise towards microscopy and bioimage analysis. All researchers from Swedish institutes can participate.\
How to participate?
Step1:
