Dear All,
in this month’s newsletter we want to particularly draw you attention to mentioning BIIF in the acknowledgments.
It is crucial to us that you acknowledge BIIF when you submit a manuscript that includes a project for which you have received our support. Please let us know before submission and refer to us as ‘BioImage Informatics Facility funded by SciLifeLab, National Microscopy Infrastructure, NMI (VR-RFI 2019-00217), and the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative’. Note that this is an updated reference to us, including all our funding sources.
ZeroCostDL4Mic: exploiting Google Colab to develop a free and open-source toolbox for Deep-Learning in microscopy presented by Guillaume Jacquemet (ABO Academy, Turku) and Romain Laine (UCL, London).
Tomorrow, 15 June, 2021, 15h30 – 17h00.
You can still register here.
You can always contact us via biif@scilifelab.se for support on image analysis. Read more about us on our website, our project database and follow us on twitter. We will take a break for our Call4Help sessions until September – if you need support with bioimage analysis you can of course contact us directly at anytime.
We have open positions coming up – please stay updated by checking our website.
Best regards
Anna
