Analysis of Bile ducts around Portal veins in tissue sections

Project Description

The aim of this project is to segment and classify the bile ducts around the portal veins into the following categories: Well formed, Functional, Opened circle, Cluster, Single cell. The image analysis has been done on images of tissue sections in CellProfiler and the classification was done in CellProfiler Analyst.
