Vessel and T cell interactions in high-grade glioma

Project Description

This project investigates the relationship between blood vessel characteristics and T-cell localization in mouse brain tumor tissue.

Using multichannel fluorescence microscopy images, we are developing an adaptable image analysis pipeline to identify vessels and T cells, quantify vessel morphology and marker expression, and measure their spatial relationships. The goal is to determine whether vessels near T cells differ in size, shape, or transcription-factor expression from those farther away.
