Project Description

The project focuses on the development of image registration pipeline for multimodal Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) data and its integration with spatial proteomics datasets. The primary objective is to enable the seamless merging of different omics layers to provide a comprehensive molecular view of tissue samples.
